Imphal, March 09 2025: Manipur Home Guard Personnel Employees' Welfare Association felicitated home guard Salam Niranjan Singh, who received an international award at the 15 th Asian Dalit Sahitya Conference, 2025, organised by Dalit Sahitya Akademi, Nepal at Nepal Progya Pratisthan, Kathmandu, on February 25 .

Speaking at the felicitation event held at Luwangshangbam on Saturday, association president Y Mangi praised Niranjan for his remarkable achievement and his humanitarian efforts, as well as for contribution in saving lives by donating blood.

Niranjans accomplishment would serve as an inspiration to home guard personnel across the state, he stated.
