Imphal, June 07 2024: Indian Army hosted a fun-filled and engaging event under the theme of 'A Day with Company Commander' at Andro Army Camp in Imphal East district.

In a release, PRO Defence informed that the event brought together 50 students of Brighter Public School with four guardians and 40 children from Andro village to the campsite.

The day was dedicated to foster a spirit of camaraderie, sportsmanship and raising awareness about the Indian Army.

The students participated in a variety of group activities such as tug of war, football, volleyball, musical chairs and badminton.

An informative lecture on 'Know Your Army' was also delivered by the company commander, it mentioned.
