RIMS clarifies on fake work order

Imphal, January 13 2025: Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal, has issued a clarification regarding a document dated 27th October 2024, allegedly related to the allotment of a work order for manpower outsourcing services to HSCC (India) Ltd .

The document, claiming a tender amount of Rs 300 crore for a five-year period is fake and fabricated, said a statement issued by RIMS Media Cell.

The statement categorically stated that no such work order has been issued and termed the claims as baseless.

The institute urged the public not to believe or act upon information from unverified sources.

Official'communications from RIMS will only be disseminated through its official website or authorised channels.

RIMS emphasised its commitment to transparency and warned against the circulation of fraudulent documents.

Legal action will be taken against individuals or entities involved in creating or spreading false information.
