All set for counting of votes in Senapati

Senapati, June 03 2024:
Like in other parts of the country, stage is all set for counting of votes in Senapati district on Tuesday from 8 am.
The district administration has issued an order to cordon off public from the venue of vote count at the multi-purpose hall, near Mini Secretariat, Senapati.
There are 76 polling stations under Karong AC, 71 under Mao AC, and 81 under Tadubi, AC, and each round of counting will consist of 10 EVMs each.
Senapati deputy commissioner Mamoni Doley has informed that all preparations are ready for the counting.
Apart from restricting public from entering the counting venue, no electronic gadgets would be permitted inside the counting hall except for the ARO & the observer who have been stationed at Senapati.
The DC assured of following proper protocol during the counting.
Postal ballots are slated to be counted at designated ARO/Thoubal.
