MSFDS invites application for 55th IFFI

Imphal, October 01 2024: Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS) has invited applications for financial support for at least two delegates of Manipur to attend the 55th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa from November 20 to 28 .

In a release, MSFDS informed that applications may be submitted by individuals with expertise in film criticism, production, direction, make-up, acting, storytelling, cinematography, sound, production design, music direction, etc.

Applicants should submit written application on plain paper detailing their reasons for wanting to participate and the potential impact of their attendance on Manipuri Cinema.

Along with the application, a comprehensive biodata, including email and contact number is to be enclosed.

Applications are also welcomed from film critics, journalists, and scholars, it mentioned.

The release further stated that applications should be submitted to MSFDS, Konung Mamang, during office hours.

The deadline for submissions is October 25.Selection will be conducted through walk-in interviews, it said.
