AR conducts pre-recruitment medical camp

Imphal, August 09 2025:
In order to prepare youth for a future in Indian Armed Forces, the Assam Rifles organised a comprehensive pre-recruitment medical examination for aspiring Agniveer and SSC/GD candidates from Churachandpur district on Friday.
In a release, PRO IGAR (S) informed that the initiative was participated by both male and female aspirants who had successfully cleared the written examination and were undergoing physical training with AR .
The medical screening was meticulously conducted to ensure candidates meet the physical and health standards required for upcoming recruitment rallies.
The examination encompassed detailed evaluations of general physical parameters, visual acuity, and ENT health, aligned with the stringent medical benchmarks of the Indian Armed Forces.
Candidates were also sensitised to key medical criteria, frequently encountered disqualifying conditions, and the critical importance of sustained physical fitness.
The release continued that those identified with medical concerns or physical anomalies were offered personalised guidance and encouraged to seek further consultation at the District Hospital, Churachandpur, for timely intervention and corrective care.
