Imphal, March 05 2025: As part of a four-day event leading to the International Women's Day which falls on March 8, the Indian Army organised a symposium on 'Women's Holistic Health & Well-Being' on Wednesday at John Calvin Academy, Leimakhong.

In a release, PRO Defence informed that the initiative is aimed at promoting awareness on women's health, mental well-being, and the importance of a balanced lifestyle.

The symposium featured interactive discussions and lecture on physical fitness, nutrition, mental health, and preventive healthcare.

Indian Army medical officers shared insights on maintaining overall well-being, encouraging 200 students to prioritise self-care and adopt healthy practices, it added.
