RIMS to reduce OPD booking to 50 pc

Imphal, January 24 2022:
Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal has informed all concerned that that OPD booking of the hospital will be reduced to 50 per cent of the average OPD attendance of each department and super-speciality unit with immediate effect and until further orders.
In an order, RIMS medical superintendent Prof N Sanjib Singh informed that the measure is being taken up due to increase in Covid-19 positive cases and detection of Omicron in the state.
The order further instructed to all the staff, patients and patient party to strictly follow CAB and to wear mask compulsorily in the premises of the hospital.
