Imphal, May 15 2021: Soraisam Ongbi Kebi distributed essential items to families inside containment zones in Naoriya Pakhanglakpa AC today.

Soraisam Ongbi Kebi, managing director Chumthang Sanapunga and BJP State Executive Member distributed essential items to families in and around containment zones in Monshangei, Kwakeithel Laishram Leikai, Thokchom Leikai, Haobam Marak Keisham Leikai, Lourembam Leikai, Malom, Konjeng Leikai and Kodompokpi Mayai Leikai.

Essential items including edible items were distributed to 102 families in and around containment zones in these localities today.

She also managed the transportation for 30 individuals from Kodompokpi Mamang Awang Leikai in getting their vaccinations at JNIMS today.

Distributing the items, S Kebi said we all should maintained Covid appropriate SOP as mandated by relevant Government authority in order to stay protected.

She added that when a person get infected by COVID-19 we should not treat them like an outcaste but instead we all should come together to provide support including moral and financial support in order to uplift their morales and the Covid positive patients should not be disheartened and should carry a positive attitude towards life, she added.
