Imphal, March 09 2025: Manipur State Legal Services Authority (MASLSA) along with District Legal Services Authority organised the first National Lok Adalat for year 2025 on Saturday.

The National Lok Adalat, conducted in three benches at Lamphel Court complex, was inspected by Manipur High Court judge and MASLSA chairman A Bimol Singh, High Court of Manipur judges justice A Guneshwar Sharma and justice Golmei Gaiphulshillu, and MASLSA member secretary Alek Muivah.

During the Lok Adalat, a total of 3,278 pending cases including matrimonial disputes, bank recovery cases, MACT cases, negotiable instrument Act cases, land acquisition cases and pre-litigation and civil cases were heard and settled.
