PIMMSAA to award meritorious students affected by present crisis

Imphal, June 03 2024: Pan India Manipuri Meitei Scientists & Academicians' Association (PIMMSAA) has announced Community Resilient Educational Financial Support Award (CREFS Award) for meritorious students who are affected by the present crisis and are taking shelter in relief camps and shelter homes and fall under the category of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) .

In a statement, PIMMSAA informed that students from Meitei/Meetei community who are domicile of Manipur and have passed the HSLC/HSSLC Examinations, 2024 with minimum 70 per cent score in aggregate and who are currently affected by the ongoing crisis in Manipur, fall under the category of IDPs and staying in relief camps are eligible to apply for the said award.

The release further said that one passport size photograph, mark sheet/Certificate of Grade 10/12 Examinations, 2024, and proof of IDP should be uploaded along with the form available online (https://forms.gle/ggARQuwTgHi5rmux5) by June 20 .
