Thoubal, April 12 2025: Thoubal deputy-commissioner Ahanthem Subhash on Saturday carried out a held inspection of various developmental work programmes of different departments in the district.

The DC, accompanied by representatives of various departments, checked more than 20 sites in Lilong, Leishangthem and Khangabok areas, which included MGN-REGA worksites under the RD&PR department, projects under MLA LAD schemes & planning department, Jal Jeevan Mission projects under PHED, and road projects under PWD.

Speaking to media persons on the sidelines of the visit, Subhash informed that the findings of the day's inspection had been uploaded to the new government app called 'Visit Tracker' .

Departments and contractors engaged in develop ment activities in the district should complete their projects within the stipulated timeframe so that the public can avail of the benefits at the earliest, he said.

Appealing to the public to file complaints to him or to any district-level officer present at the DC office regarding any uncompleted or completed work, the DC assured that action would be taken on the matter.
