Imphal, August 07 2025: Assam Rifles under Spear Corps reportedly organised an interactive awareness session at Chavangphai, Moreh in Tengnoupal district.

According to PRO IGAR (S), the event aims to motivate young individuals to consider a career in the Indian Armed Forces and Assam Rifles, while instilling a deeper sense of national pride and purpose.

Local youth participated in the session, which offered a comprehensive overview of recruitment procedures, service life, and the personal and professional growth opportunities available within the armed forces.

The presentation highlighted the values of discipline, honour, and dedication that define life in uniform, while also showcasing the diverse roles and responsibilities that come with serving the nation, the PRO conveyed.

The session was designed to be both informative and engaging, with participants encouraged to ask questions and clarify doubts about eligibility, training, and career progression.

The interactive format fostered genuine interest and enthusiasm among attendees, many of whom expressed a newfound aspiration to pursue a path of service, the PRO added.
