38th felicitation function of EGF School held

Thoubal, October 04 2024: A felicitation function for the students and teachers of Evergreen Flowers' (EGF) School was held at the school's Thoubal Ningombam campus on Friday with Manipur University College Development Council director professor Naorem Mohilal Meitei and School's managing committee president Huirongbam Ibohal as chief guest and president respectively.

Manipur University Department of Mass Communication head in-charge assistant professor Dr Rajkumari Lilapati Devi and Department of Biotechnology assistant professor Dr Md Hamidur Rahaman were present as guests of honour.

During the function, floral tributes were offered to departed founding members, students and teachers of the school, followed by observance of two minutes' silence in honour of those who laid down their lives for upholding Manipur's territorial integrity.

Students who excelled in the BSEM conducted HSLC examination-2024, teachers who aided subject toppers, "Students of the Year" (male and female) and toppers from class I to X were awarded cash prizes, citations and mementos.

All 200 students who appeared in the HSLC examination 2024 passed in first division, while 13 secured positions.

Additionally, students showcased their talents through performances in Yoga, Thang-Ta and other co-curricular activities as a part of the programme.
