Imphal, October 28 2024: The Indian Army took a significant step towards empowerment of school children with a special initiative under Operation Sadbhavna by providing Musical Instruments to Saraswati Bal Vidyalaya in Andro of Imphal East district, enriching young minds with the joy of music, said a PRO Defence release.

Informing the instruments distributed included Guitars, Keyboard, Drum Sets, speakers, etc., the PRO said the school provides education up to Class-X but lacked the facilities to conduct music classes.

With this initiative Indian Army has also trained instructor to fulfil students' extracurricular activity routine and foster passion for music.
