MSU hails appointment of Dr Lokho as MPSC member

Senapati, June 21 2021: Mao Students' Union (MSU) has congratulated Dr Lokho Puni on his appointment as a member of Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) .

In a press communique, MSU said: "Dr Puni is recognised as an ideal role model and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and in-depth understanding as an officer of the Indian Forest Service (IFS) and has been performing his service with integrity, confidence, poise and tireless dedication.

We firmly believe that the appointment is a proof for his remarkable contribution and his exemplary years of service and dedications that made him recognised by the people and the government and therefore, duly rewarded," the student body said.

The action of the government of Manipur exemplified the professionalism, dedication and spirit that are essence of good governance and people's government, MSU said, adding that it sincerely appreciated the continued dedication of chief minister N Biren Singh and his cabinet for the thoughtful decision and deeds in pursuit of highest quality standards and strong foundations for the Manipur Public Service Commission.
