Lecture on 'history for tomorrow' held

Imphal, January 13 2025: History Club of DM College of Arts organised a lecture programme on the theme "History for Tomorrow" at the college on Monday.

A release issued by History Club of DM College of Arts convenor S Debiarani Chanu informed that the lecture programme was attended by DM College of Arts history head (PG) Dr Diller Rahman and head Samuel Duidang, GP Women's College Department of History head Dina Serto and DM College of Arts former principal Dr Ch Sheelaramani.

Cultural curator and researcher Mutua Bahadur spoke on 'Manipuri diaspora in Manipur' and Manipur State Archaeology assistant archaeologist Dr S Sujata on 'Archaeology research in Manipur' as the resource persons, the release added.
