Army hosts interaction for youth in Leimakhong, Moreh

In an endeavour to promote education, sports, fitness, and national integration among the youth, Indian Army organised "A Day with Company Commander" event in Leimakhong and Moreh on Saturday.
The event aimed to inspire students and instil in them a sense of patriotism, unity, and the importance of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
The day was brimming with a variety of exciting activities, including Tug of War, Sack Race, and Musical Chairs, which filled the young students with joy and enthusiasm.
These activities were not only for entertainment but also designed to impart values of teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness.
Furthermore, the event featured a yoga session, emphasising the benefits of mental and physical well-being.
A painting competition on the themes of "Oneness and Bonhomie with Indian Army" and "National Integration" allowed students to showcase their creativity and express affection for their motherland.
The Company Commander engaged with the students, stressing the significance of education and sports in shaping a well-rounded personality.
A motivational lecture was delivered, encouraging students to consider a career in the Indian Army, highlighting the opportunities and values associated with serving in the Armed Forces.
