Awareness campaign on Manipuri dance continues

Imphal, August 22 2024: As part of the two-month long awareness campaign launched by Kanglei Indigenous Martial Arts and Cultural Society (KIMACS) in collaboration with the state government on the topic of "Role of Manipuri Dance in our Society", a programme was organised at the premises of Friendship Educational Academy, Tinsid Road on Thursday.

The programme was attended, by Academy's headmaster Konsam Omesh Meitei, Committee member Laishram Ramcharan, CHACOI Rosemary Tribal Foundation director Kangabam Vimaljit and YK College guest faculty Dr Kolendrajit as presidium members, a release by KIMACS Information & Publicity secretary Telheiba Asem informed.
