Imphal, February 15 2025: Patriotic Writers Forum, Manipur (PAWF) announced the names of the recipients of the PWAF literary awards.

In a release, PAWF assistant secretary Laimujam Pratap Singh informed that Arambam Ibungohal & Binodkumari Literary Award, 2024 (given to young poets below 35 years) will be conferred to Suresh Khundongbam of Yairipok Poireikhongjin Makha Leikai for his poetry book 'Masa Pandaba Tin'; R Khathing Tangkhul Literary Award, 2025 to Rajkumari Nayansaba Devi of palace compound for her short story 'Punshi Lambira Norok-ki Lambira'; Pacha Meetei Literary Award, 2025 to Keisham Bijoykumar of Keishamthong Hodam Leirak for his short story 'Khongul Leerukhige' and Dr Saroj Nalini Arambam Parratt Literary Award, 2025 to Thokchom Thouyangba of Kongba Laishram Leikai for his short story 'Khwaidagi Haoba Khonni'.

The awards included cash, citation, shawl and memento.

The award distribution ceremony will be held on the International Mother Language Day to be organised by the forum on February 21 at Ima Banquet hall, he added.
