'Yahouthengba Khoimu' nominated for best film North East

Imphal, February 13 2025: Manipuri feature film 'Yahouthengba Khoimu' produced by Dr Rk Nayansana Devi and directed by Rakesh Naorem has been nominated for best him North East at the Prag Cine Awards, 2025 organised by AM Television Pvt Ltd/Guwahati, Assam.

In a release, Ipak Films Production, Manipur office secretary Naorem Thoithoiba Meetei informed that actor of the film Avi Khundrakpam and actress Ithoi Oinam have also been nominated for best actor male North East and best actor female respectively.

The 135-minute long 'Yahouthengba Khoimu' is nominated from out of 33 feature film from different states of North East, he informed, while mentioning that the film was also officially selected in International Film Festival of Telangana, 2025 organised by All India Film Maker Association, Telangana.
