Kakching, March 09 2025: Under the aegis of Manipur State Legal Services Authority (MASLSA), District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Chandel conducted National Lok Adalat for Chandel and Tengnoupal districts on Saturday.

The national Lok Adalat for Chandel district was held at CJM, Chandel Complex with Chandel Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Civil Judge Senior Division Masana E Panmei as chairperson and advocates Langhu Saimond Anal and assistant public prosecutor Gaishin Palmei present as members.

For Tengnoupal district, the same was held at Moreh Court Complex with Moreh Judicial Magistrate Fakhrul Islam Choudhary as chairperson and DLSA, Chandel remand advocate Keishang Kopham and advocate Jilkhochon Lhungdim as the members.

During the Adalat, 13 bank recovery and pre-litigation cases were settled and Rs 8,34,220 collected.
