SDSA starts data compilation of non-locals, non-indigenes

Senapati, August 04 2025: As announced earlier, data collection of non-locals and non-indigenous residents in Senapati district commenced on Monday at the office of Senapati District Students' Association (SDSA).

Members of the district's apex student body carried out checking of inner line permits, Aadhaar cards, voter IDs, etc., issued to or possessed by the non-locals in the district as follow-up action of the SDSA decision adopted during its first Federal Assembly held at Tapon Naga village.

Addressing the media, SDSA general secretary Washington Kho, stated that the data collection of non-local and non-indigenous residents in Senapati district is aimed at better understanding the needs and demographics of the district.

Failure to comply with the directive shall be liable to face action even to the extent of forceful deportation, he cautioned.

The secretary urged all the non-local and non-in-digenous residents to come forward for registration at the SDSA office.
