Imphal, March 21 2025: Bajaj Auto Limited has launched its all new electric auto rickshaw Bajaj GoGo-P7012 at an unveiling ceremony held at Manipur Motors, Mantripukhri today.

The electric auto was unveiled by Laishram Romesh Singh, General Manager, Manipur Women's Co-operative Bank, Imphal along with HC Jain, GM, Manipur Motors, Mantripukhri.

Speaking at the event, HC Jain said that Bajaj GoGo is priced at Rs 4.5 lakh.

To make purchase of the electric auto rickshaw easier for buyers, they have tied up with Manipur Rural Bank and Punjab National Bank to offer loans to potential buyers.

Other private companies, including Shriram Finance, have also offered loan facilities to buyers, he added.

Giving additional information about the newly launched electric three-wheeler, HC Jain said that it takes five hours to charge the 12 kWh battery, which has a range of 251 km (longest range in the category) .

Other best in class features of Bajaj GoGo are- all led lamps, hill hold assist, reverse park assist, strong chassis and metal body, single piece windshield glass, stylish front fairing, strong bumper, USB charger, 12V AUX, mobile socket, extra storage space and 5 year/1.2 lakh km warranty.

Other notable dignitaries present at the event include L Janaki Singh, secretary, Emoinu Diesel Auto Owner Co-Op Society Ltd, Imphal; L Shantanu Singh, secretary, AMODA, Imphal; L Tomba Singh, general secretary, The All Moirang Transport Co-ordinating Committee, Moirang and N Jibon Singh, secretary, All Thoubal Drivers Apex Body.

Many potential customers were also present at the unveiling ceremony organized at the dealership campus.
