Imphal, October 16 2025: As part of the celebration of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) 100th year of founding, a blood donation camp was organized at the Blood Bank of RIMS Hospital, Imphal.

A total of 101 donors, including both men and women, donated blood during the camp, as per a statement.

The camp was jointly organized by RSS Manipur Prant, Seva Bharati Manipur and National Medicos Organisation (NMO) .

Notable dignitaries present at the event include Sh Tarunkumar Sharma, Prant Karyavah; Mrityunjaya, Prant Pracharak and MM Ashokan, Assam Kshetra Pracharak Pramukh along with volunteers from NMO and Seva Bharati.

Addressing the gathering Sh Tarunkumar said that RSS is one of the largest voluntary organisations in the world, working selflessly for the welfare of society.

Saying that the blood donation camp was organised in line with this spirit of service as part of its centenary celebration activities, he expressed hope that such humanitarian initiatives would continue in the future.

Certificates of appreciation were handed over to all donors who participated in the camp.
