Kohima, December 15 2017: Order .

Whereas, a crisis had been created through defection by a number of NPF Legislators which culminated in the dismissal of the NPF Government in Nagaland on 19th July 2017 .

Whereas, the two working President authorized by the President, NPF, had expelled 19 NPF Legislators under the recommendation of the Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC) and also suspended 11 NPF Legislators for anti-party activities on 21st July 2017 .

Whereas, one more Legislators was placed under suspension on 25th July 2017 and the lone Lok Sabha MP was also placed under suspension dated the 1st August 2017 .

Whereas, the reconciliation process has already been taken place and the NPF General Convention was also held successfully on 22nd November 2017 as per the directive of the Election Commission of India.

Now, therefore, on the recommendation of the DAC and in exercise of the powers conferred on me vide Article V, clause 5 read with clause 10 of the NPF Constitution, I, Dr.Sh�rhozelie Liezietsu, President, NPF hereby revoked the expulsion orders and suspension orders stated above with immediate effect.

Separate lists of expelled members and suspended members are enclosed.
