If the Minister fails to do this then it would be construed that his utterances were nothing but an attempt to divide and misguide the people, thereby creating confusion and tension between the people of the hills and valley.
The RKL maintained that down the ages, the hill people have been according due hospitality and courtesy to the valley people whenever they are posted in the hills.
