Imphal, February 27 2025: Sagolband Constituency Progressive Committee (SCPC) in collaboration with Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC), Sagolband, and supervision of local MLA RK Imo Singh conducted a free health camp at Bijoy Govinda community hall, benefiting over 100 residents.

In a release, MLA's PRO Ng Shashikanta Singh informed that the health camp provided a wide range of facilities including OPD consultations, screening for blood pressure, diabetes, oral, breast and cervical cancer, immunisation of children, laboratory tests, ABHA ID creation and specialised eye services.

The PRO also informed that as assured earlier the 'MLA Ana Layengi Tengbang' continues to benefit select individuals despite imposition of the President's Rule, as it is entirely a personal initiative of the MLA.

Under the said scheme, financial assistance of Rs 20,000 each was distributed to four families whose near and loved ones are suffering from heart, kidney, and cancer-related health conditions, taking the total number of beneficiaries to around 300 till date, elaborated the PRO .
