KYKL condoles PREPAK chiefs demise

Imphal, November 22 2024: The proscribed Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) deeply mourned the demise of People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) chairman Heikrujam Ibotombi Khuman, alias Ngamdairen Khuman alias Oja Inao alias Oja Macha, and shared the pain and grief of the bereaved family.

According to a KYKL statement, Ibotombi Khuman died of an illness at a hospital on November 19 around 3 pm.

"The departed PREPAK chairman was a courageous patriot and a determined leader who was kind-hearted, calm and friendly," the KYKL statement recalled, adding that the void left by Ibotombi Khuman in the liberation movement of Kangleipak and WESEA region will be hard to fill.
