Thoubal, May 22 2025: Association of Voluntary Blood Donors, Manipur (AVBDM), Thoubal District Branch on Wednesday distributed Donor ID Cards and certificates to blood donors at the District Hospital conference hall.

The programme was attended by District Hospital medical superintendent Dr W Ruhinikumar Singh, Dr S Robindro Singh of Transfusion Unit Immuno-Haematology and Blood Transfusion (IHBT), District Health Society, Thoubal programme manager Ch Basanta Singh.

Waikhom Mani Girls' College, Thoubal NSS Unit programme officer P Robinson Singh and AVBDM, Thoubal vice president Th Mangi Singh presidium members.

During the event, Donor ID Cards and certificates were distributed to 124 persons who-donated blood on the occasion of Khongjom Day On April 23 .
