COCOMI Students' Front appeals all to attend public convention

Imphal, May 02 2025: Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI) Students' Front has appealed all to attend the public convention to be held at Khuman Lampak sports complex and take part in adopting public resolution regarding the conflict gripping the state since May 3, 2023 Speaking to media persons at DESAM's Kwakeithel office, COCOMI Students' Front convenor Sukham Bidyananda noted that people are suffering as Chin-Kuki narco-terrorist are waging war against the indigenous Meetei from May 3, 2023, resulting jn loss of numerous lives, and displacement of thousands.

As the government of India has failed to take up any positive steps for resettlement of displaced people to their homes the indigenous people must unite and take a firm stand, he stressed.

The Front appealed to students of schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions to attend the public convention without fail.
