77th Zomi National Day celebrated in CCpur

CCpur, February 20 2025: The 77th Zomi National Day was celebrated on Thursday with great enthusiasm at Centenary Hall, Churachandpur, under the theme 'Embracing Harmony'.

The event commenced with the unfurling of the Zomi flag by Zomi Council chairman Vumsuan Naulak.

Following the flag-raising ceremony, attendees entered the auditorium, where dignitaries and the public took their respective seats.

The Zomi Council chairman delivered the keynote address, which was followed by a special message from the ZRO president.

The celebration featured a vibrant mix of activities, including praise and worship, intercessory prayers for all tribes and the global Zomi community, and a cultural extravaganza.
