Review meet on adolescent health held

Kakching, August 29 2024: Under the aegis of Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK)/Adolescent Health, a one-day District Level Dissemination Programme cum Review Meeting on 'RKSK/Adolescent Health' was organised by RKSK/Adolescent Health, Chandel at the District Hospital on Thursday.

The programme was attended by Chandel chief medical officer Dr Joyson Mathew Monsang, zonal education officer Yumnam Hemchandra and Chandel DH medical superintendent Dr Serbum Shakchung Moyon as presidium members with District Mental Health Programme, Chandel district nodal officer & Chandel DH senior psychiatrist Dr Khangembam Robindro, RKSK, Chandel nodal officer Dr Th Noren and Chandel DH reproductive, maternal, newborn, child health+adolescent health (RMNCH+AH) counsellor Mutum Oken speaking as resource persons.

Chandel District Health Society, DH, ZEO staffers, medical officers, ANMs, ASHAs, anganwadi workers and helpers also attended the review meet.
