"We also can celebrate exams as festivals if we can change our perspective.
It has to start with the mind-set because whatever we do always starts with our mindset and attitude.
Everything has been created first in the mind then it becomes a reality.
Thought then leads to action, repeated action becomes our habit, combination of habits together make our character and ultimately our character leads to our destiny.
Hence we have to start celebrating exams first in our mind," he explained.
Bon Bihari also noted that stress among students preparing for exam is caused by many factors including lack of preparation, Covid-19 related negative impacts, over expectation by parents and teachers, parents trying to fulfil their unrealised dreams through their children and distractions such as mobile games and social media.
He then pointed out that the strategy for exam should be smart and be based on SMART.
Earlier, delivering the welcome address, Jitendra Singh said that the national and state commissions for protection of child rights are statutory body under the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights (CPCR) Act, 2005 and operates under the administrative control of Ministry of Women & Child Development.
