KCP offers red salute to departed cadre

The proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) has condoled and offered red salute to 2nd Lt Sinam Armstrong alias Saraba, who died in an 'unfortunate' incident on June 8 evening.
According to a KCP statement, Armstrong alias Saraba Meitei (Army No.447), son of late S Rajen and Latabi Leima of Awang Sekmai Mamang Leikai left behind his wife S Abe and two small children.
The KCP statement issued by its secretary-In-charge of information & publicity S Mangal further informed that 'comrade' Saraba Meitei joined revolutionary struggle in October 20, 2008 when he was only 20 years old.
Comrade Saraba shouldered responsibility for the outfit as well as for revolutionary struggle of the nation till his last breath, the statement said, adding that Saraba was a well-disciplined and courageous comrade.
