NCP's Nilachandra accorded warm welcome

Kakching, February 06 2022: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) candidate from Kakching AC for the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly election Yengkhom Nilachandra was accorded a warm welcome by his supporters at Sora, where an NCP office was also opened on Sunday.

NCP Manipur state president Soram Iboyaima, who formally opened the NCP local office at Sora Bazar, said it was very fortunate for the people that NCP has fielded the most qualified candidate in Kakching AC for the upcoming election.

Nilachandra is not only a qualified leader for Kakching AC but also for the state, he said, adding that the NCP office at Sora was opened to allow people to take rest at least for few moments.

He then called for a peaceful, fair and disturbance free election and appealed to party supporters to work towards ensuring free and fair election.

Newly appointed office bearers of NCP Kakching district were also felicitated at the event.

The office bearers are Seidur Rahman as president, Salam Biren and Yengkhom Sanaton as vice presidents, Yengkhom Somarendro.

as general secretary, Md Altaj Khan (Ningthem) as joint secretary, Kshetrimayum Jotinkumar as treasurer while Okram Subhas, Md Abdul Salam, Yengkhom Rajendro, Moirangthem Manihar and Naorem Angang Singh as executive members.
