Governor urged to spruce up Nabadwip complex

Imphal, May 24 2024:
A team from Shri Shri Govindajee Dhup Arti Marup, led by its secretary Laipubam Ibochouba Sharma along with six members, called on Governor Anusuiya Uikey at Raj Bhavan on Friday evening.
They apprised her about the development works required in the Anu Maha Prabhu complex at Nabadwip in West Bengal.
The delegation informed the Governor about the significance of the pilgrim site, which sees hundreds of pilgrims from Manipur annually, and highlighted the inconveniences faced by them during their visits.
They requested the Governor to extend assistance during the annual pilgrimage, to which the Governor assured them of extending all possible assistance in the best interest of the pilgrims from Manipur.
