AR organises medical camp at Khambathel

Imphal, January 19 2025:
Assam Rifles of IGAR (S) conducted a medical camp at Khambathel village in Chandel district during which total of 200 locals including 60 women and 20 children were screened and medicines distributed to those in need.
Informing that many were referred for further treatment to ensure effective redressal of the healthcare needs of the community, a PRO IGAR (S) release said the medical camp played a vital role in supporting underprivileged communities in remote areas.
In addition to healthcare services, the Assam Rifles also provided administrative support, including essential sports items for ongoing sports meet organised by the Western Valley Area Sporting Association at Khambathel village, the PRO conveyed.
