Kangpokpi, January 12 2025: Under its civic action programme, 158 Battalion Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) distributed sports items, including volleyballs, volleyball nets, and footballs as well as water tanks, dustbins and solar lights to the residents of Kharam Thadoi village under Saitu-Gamphazol sub-division in Kangpokpi district on Sunday.

The, event was attended by Kharam Thadoi village chief Memory, 158 Bn CRPF commandant Sanjay Negi, second-in-command Santosh Kumar Pal, deputy commandant Sumeet Kumar and other officials.

Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Negi expressed his pride in organising the event, and pledged to serve the community beyond their core mandate of maintaining security.

"We are committed to building a harmonious relationship with the local population, and this programme is a testament to our ongoing efforts," he remarked.
