TTBR congratulates Muaythai player Norbert

Kakching, June 01 2024: Thiimziih Teen Bujuur Ruwrkheh/Moyon Naga Students' Union (TTBR) has congratulated Norbert Chara of Kapaam village, Chandel district, who recently won a gold medal in the U16-17 (75 kg) category of the UMAI National Muaythai Championship hosted by Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, North East Regional Centre, Guwahati, Assam.

"We extend our heartfelt congratulations, love, and unwavering support to Norbert Chara on behalf of the entire Moyon student community.

His dedication and hard work in pursuing his passion for muaythai serves as a profound inspiration for Moyon students and youth, exemplifying the values of disciplined training, perseverance and commitment to achieving dreams and goals," a release by TTBR said.

The release also conveyed that Norbert has consistently excelled in muaythai, securing gold in previous events, including the UMAI National Championship 2023 held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, UMAI Federation Cup 2022 held in Agartala, Tripura, and Chainaba Season 5 National Championship 2022.TTBR further wished Norbert Chara continued success in all his future endeavours, while adding, "We are immensely proud of you and stand with you always" .
