KCP/PWG announces capital punishment

Imphal, February 24 2025: The armed Kangleipak Communist Party (PWG) MC Unification declared that two persons involved in extortion from public, looting and misusing the organisation will be awarded capital punishment as decided by its central committee.

Identifying the persons as Laishram Ranjit alias Tamnganba of Yurembam Awang Leikai (former cadre of the party) and Md Mani Khan alias Ningtamba of Paobitek Maning Leikai, Wangoi presently residing at Samushang Shantipur, a statement of Kangleipak Communist Party (PWG) MC Unification issued by PRO Chingkheinganba said the party has no contact with Tamnganba after he served jail term for seven years at Tihar jail in Delhi.

However, Tamnganba along with Mani Khan formed a gang and indulged in extortion, looting, etc., tarnishing image of the party.
