Senapati police recovers stolen vehicles

Senapati, May 04 2022: As part of the ongoing state wide operation against vehicle theft, Senapati Police has recovered several stolen vehicles including a trailer truck from different locations.

According to police sources, as part of recent drive initiated by the Anti Vehicle Theft Cell of Senapati Police, numerous stolen vehicles have been recovered in the last one month.

The vehicles include one Bolero pickup (AS25EC-0188) recovered on April 10; one Bolero pick-up (AS26C-5317) on March 27; one trailer truck bearing (JH02AF-5945) and one excavator on April 13; one Toyota Innova (AS-01DL-3656) on April 15; and a white Maruti Swift Desire (AS01EY-6764) recovered on April 26 .

Intensive investigations are going on to book those involved and efforts underway to recover more stolen vehicles plying in the district and deal with vehicles without proper documents, the sources said.
