Imphal, March 01 2025: A month-long Design and Technical Development Workshop on "Doll & Toys Craft" kicked off today at the training centre of Crafts & Social Development Organisation (CSDO) in Kongba Makha Nandeibam Leikai.

The workshop was organised by CSDO under the sponsorship of the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

The inaugural function was graced by K Ibomcha Singh, Padmashri Awardee; Dinesh Thoudam, DDM (Imphal East), NABARD, Manipur Regional Centre, Imphal; L Ajanta Devi, Empanelled Designer (NER), Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts); and Th Premeshwor Singh, Secretary General, CSDO as presidium members.

A total of 30 artisans along with master craftsperson and designers are participating in the month-long workshop.
