BJP able to deliver good governance: RK Ranjan

Thoubal, January 08 2022: Union minister of state for external affairs and education Dr RK Ranjan has said that the BJP government has able to deliver good governance due to people's love and support to the party.

Addressing a gathering during launch of 'Eigi Emung BJP Gi Emung' campaign in Wangkhem AC on Saturday, RK Ranjan said that the long-cherished dream of the people to have a transparent government has been realised with the coming of BJP government.

BJP delivered people-oriented and responsive government to the people since the past seven years, he maintained, adding that BJP government at the Centre has completed seven years while BJP led government in the state too is about to complete five years.

During this short time, BJP has brought significant development and changes and people of the state and the country are witness to it, he said.

According to RK Ranjan, a political party ruled the country for more than 70 years but people of the country had to suffer a lot as poverty and joblessness increased and no proper roads and bridges were developed during the time.

These factors made India felt ashamed among global countries.

However, the pace of development in the country picked up during the short time of seven years under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and India is now compatible with other big nations of the world in many sectors.

Before the present BJP-led government came, Manipur too was ruled by a party for 15 consecutive years and entire people of the state suffered a lot.

The state was known for bandh/blockade and many young married women were forced to become widows during the time.

However, sufferings of the people have vanished now with the coming of the N Biren-led BJP government and the state is now peaceful and moving towards the path of speedy development, RK Ranjan said and appealed to people of Wangkhem AC to elect BJP candidate in the upcoming election.

BJP Manipur Pradesh spokesperson Dr Nimaichand Luwang, who also attended the event, appealed to people of Wangkhem AC to shoulder responsibility and elect a BJP candidate in the upcoming election so as to bring collective development in the AC .
