Basanta continued that there is no member by the name of Md Nassimuddin in Ward No.4 of Komlakhong GP at present or in the past.
The current nominated member is one Md Sammad, he said, while denouncing the baseless claims made by unrelated person in media to defame the dignity of the people living under the GP.
He stated that after the Go to Village mission was launched, other government schemes also began to benefit the people living in the area.
With regard to the water supply scheme at Laphupat Tera, the construction of the water filter tank, storage tank and overhead tank have been completed, along with the laying of a 5km pipeline with only 2km of pipe left to be laid at present.

While process was underway to despatch two teachers to Konuma Primary School, the Code of Conduct was enforced and as such, the process was halted temporarily.
Nonetheless, the teachers will soon be dispatched, he assured.
