BSF recruits take oath at attestation parade

Altogether 321 newly-trained constables of the Border Security Force (BSF) took part in a grand attestation parade held at the BSF Subsidiary Training School in Churachandpur on Saturday.
The ceremony marked the successful completion of 44 weeks of rigorous training, with the recruits formally inducted as soldiers of the bor der-guarding force.
Informing this, a statement issued by Frontier HQ BSF M&C, PRO said that BSF M&C Frontier Inspector General Sanjay Kumar Misra attended the event as chief guest and took the salute.
During the ceremony, the recruits pledged their dedication to serving the nation and read iness for deployment across the country.
The parade was attended by Commandant of STC BSF Churachandpur, Vishal Rane along with officers, jawans, their families, media representatives, and school children.
The event featured a series of performances, including displays by the BSF Band, Malkham demonstrations, Bhangra, martial arts, and a training showcase, providing an engaging and memorable experience for the attendees, the statement added.
