Imphal, May 20 2025: All Manipur Newspaper & Electronics Media Employees' Association (AMNEMEA) celebrated its 7th foundation day at Laisoi (Aquaman), Bishnupur district on Tuesday.

On the occasion, this year's AMNEMEA Award was presented to AMNEMEA C Group member and assistant machine operator of Poknapham daily, Gogo Meitram, son of late Meitram Nabadwip of Keishampat Leimajam Leikai.

The award carries a cash prize of Rs 10,000, a memento, a shawl and a citation.

AMNEMEA 3rd Council president Haobijam Ibomcha and AMNEMEA founder president Thokchom Ngouthoi attended the function as chief guest and president respectively.

AMNEMEA chief advisor Laishram Chitrakumar, 2nd Codncil president Khunjamayum Amuchou and senior member RK Surjojit were also present as guests of honour.
