PIB, CBC, Imphal celebrate I-Day with patriotic zeal

Imphal, August 16 2025: The Press Information Bureau (PIB) and Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Regional Office Imphal, came together to commemorate the 79th Independence Day, paying tribute to the nation's freedom and unity.

Led by CBC, RO and PIB Imphal director Dr Engam Pame, the staff gathered with enthusiasm to celebrate this momentous occasion.

Dr Pame hoisted the national flag, evoking pride and patriotism among the attendees.

The ceremony continued with a salute and the collective singing of the national anthem, filling the atmosphere with a deep sense of unity and shared identity.

Director Pame's address paid tribute to the bravery and sacrifices of those who fought for the nation's freedom, inspiring renewed commitment and patriotism among the staff.

The celebration underscored the staff's dedication to national unity and their role in advancing the nation's progress.
