Career guidance, counselling camp marks 'No Bag Day'

On the occasion of 'No Bag Day' on Saturday, Tazei Public School, Longmai, organised a career guidance and counselling programme, led by renowned counselling psychologist Ajinlu Kamei.
The initiative focussed on helping students explore diverse career pathways, identify their personal strengths, and develop a purpose-driven approach to future planning.
It also underscored the importance of aligning students' passions with practical career opportunities, while promoting mental well-being, confi-dence, and resilience.
As part of the programme, students participated in a RIASEC personality assessment, designed to provide insights into suitable career paths.
The session proved to be highly insightful, with many students recognising the value of self-awareness in deciding career choices, reinforcing the school's dedication to fostering not only academic achievement but also emotional intelligence and career preparedness.
