ACCCOC warns of stir over Yairipok-Keithelmanbi road

Imphal, July 27 2024: Demanding the government to repair the dilapidated 13 km long Yairipok-Keithelmanbi road, All Changamdabi Clubs' Coordinating Committee (ACCCOC) and Tanzeemul Ulama, Changamdabi have warned of launching intense stir from August 4 in case the government fails to take up necessary measures to begin the repairing work by August 3.According to a joint statement, the two organisations had a joint meeting on Saturday and discussed the deplorable state of the road and inconveniences being faced by the people residing along it.

The meet resolved to draw attention of the government authority concerned towards the urgent need to repair the road and launch agitation from August 4 onwards if the government fails to address their grievances by August 3, the joint statement added.
